Youth Employment 100 Reasons Why

Getting employers, particularly SMEs to understand how apprentices can benefit their company and then converting this to action is not the simplest of tasks. But taking a peer-to-peer communications approach, getting employers to spread and celebrate the benefits to other employers, really worked.

#100ReasonsWhy was a campaign we ran for the Skills Funding Agency that aimed to raise awareness of the benefits of apprenticeships to employers and build momentum in the lead up to National Apprenticeship Week 2015.
