Claremont designed and ran a six month intensive programme to encourage employer engagement and public awareness of traineeships, as part of Government's plans to boost youth employment.

Key to this was building the credibility of traineeships at a national and regional level, winning employers ‘hearts’ by stressing the CSR benefits of traineeships and convincing employers ‘minds’ by outlining the business benefits of traineeships.
