Azim is a seasoned consultant, holding an MSc in Behavioural Economics and Science, with over half a decade of experience working alongside multinational organisations to change both employee and customer behaviour for the better.
Offering a unique perspective backed by data-driven methodologies, Azim has successfully helped increase digital engagement among older adults by over 250% within 12 months for a leading UK financial services firm. He has also implemented interventions which helped decrease plastic waste for a major UK retailer and enhanced digital UX journeys to prompt several positive financial behaviours for one of the UK's leading banks. His versatile experience covers a broad range of sectors including financial services, retail, and e-commerce, making him a valuable asset for managing impactful campaigns and transformative projects.
At Claremont, Azim channels his passion and expertise in strategic communications and behavioural science to develop bespoke solutions that bring about meaningful behaviour change for our clients. Currently, his focus is on projects that aim to boost customer engagement among financially vulnerable audiences, optimise cancer trials, and improve cancer-related behavioural outcomes.
Outside of work, Azim takes pleasure in exploring off-beat regions and cities. He’s an enthusiast of sim-racing, and loves the open road, particularly if he's the one behind the wheel.
