Marta Campagnola

Marta is a behavioural scientist with a varied background in both the public and private sectors. She holds a MSc in Behaviour Change from UCL, where her studies focused on designing and implementing behaviour change interventions with an emphasis on social change, health, and sustainability.
In the private sector, Marta launched her career in the organisational change field, where she worked on behavioural science programmes across key areas such as leadership development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion.
In the public sector, she contributed her expertise to one of the UK's largest animal welfare charities, where she developed and delivered human behaviour change interventions aimed at enhancing animal welfare.
Currently at Claremont, Marta applies her knowledge to a diverse range of projects, including initiatives focused on smoking cessation, increasing cancer screening uptake, and addressing vaccination hesitancy.
Outside of work, Marta enjoys immersing herself in nature through trail running and hiking. She can also be found exploring new local restaurants and attending music and theatre events throughout London.
