Nicky focuses on strategy development, working with internal and external audiences to co-design and create communications with the people they’re intended for.
With a background in health, sustainability and community communications, she brings a wealth of experience in leading brand and behaviour change communications across government and in the non-profit and private sectors.
She has held inhouse leadership roles at Arthritis Research UK (now Versus Arthritis) and at Starbucks EMEA, where her work on social impact campaigns won a PRCA Award for corporate responsibility.
At Claremont, Nicky has worked with clients including Mind, Clarion Housing and Alzheimer’s Research UK to develop new campaigns addressing the issues of mental health at work, Universal Credit and brain health.
If she’s not at her desk or scaling her TBR pile, you’ll probably find Nicky hugging a tree.
