We’re Hiring an Associate Director!
We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director to join Claremont on a fixed-term maternity cover contract for six to nine months from September 2026, either full-time or part-time (minimum three days per week).

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic leadership, strong client skills and commercial instinct with deep expertise in behavioural science.
You will help lead client work, nurture one of our core pillars of expertise, support new business and contribute to the ongoing development of our offer. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring a strong interest in the responsible use of AI and who can see opportunities to apply it in ways that
improve rigour, workflow, efficiency and quality.
You will likely have substantial experience in behaviour change communications, the application of behavioural science, research, insight and strategy, along with a track record of leading teams in an agency setting and building trusted client relationships. Knowledge of, or experience in, the health, safety and/or medical research sectors would be particularly valuable.
