We’re Hiring a new Senior Consultant!

2026 has been a busy year for us and we are now on the hunt for a new Senior Consultant to join our team of experts, delivering research, co-design and behaviour change communications across everything from cancer diagnosis and treatment, brain health, road safety to mental health research and childcare provision, among many others.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, supportive and friendly team that is doing thoughtful, stimulating work that contributes to a healthier, safer, fairer society.

We are looking for somebody who:

• Has a natural flair for building long-term client relationships and top-notch project management skills, who thrives on building comms strategies, messaging and content rooted in insight.
• Is a strong all-rounder and enjoys having variety in their work, which will span audience research, using behavioural science to develop comms strategies, campaign delivery, stakeholder engagement and evaluation.
