There are three ways of working with us:
- as an employed member of our core team
- as a freelancer
- as a specialist associate
Our core team is made up of versatile professionals who plan and produce behaviour change communications campaigns, from entry level to the top.
Our freelancers have plenty of experience under their belt and boost our capacity on projects. They’ve often worked in an agency or directly with agencies.
Our associates are extremely specialist in a specific field. They usually have decades of experience and a high profile in their area. Their specialism could be a discipline like psychology, data, design, digital, marketing, research or creative. Or it could be in a specific sector that we work in like health, housing, literacy, disability, transport, justice, addiction, etc. If you’re at the very top of your field, whatever it might be (the more niche the better!), we’re keen to hear from you.
