Nicky is an award-winning communications consultant with 20 years’ experience in behaviour change communications, most recently leading social impact campaigns focused on youth, community and sustainability, for Starbucks EMEA.
Nicky specialises in insight-led creative development and integrated communications for behaviour change campaigns. She is passionate about using communications for positive social impact, working with both internal and external audiences and through partnerships.
Nicky has directed communications for medical research charity Arthritis Research UK along with campaigns for the Department of Health (FRANK Drugs Misuse); the NHS; Transport for London Network Rail and others. She won the PRCA CSR Award for her work with Starbucks in 2016.
She lives in London and enjoys the arts and entertainment the city offers, as well as plenty of coffee!
