We worked with more clients than ever in 2024. Now we’re on the hunt for two Senior Consultants to join our team of experts, delivering research, co-design and behaviour change communications across everything from cancer diagnosis and treatment, brain health, road safety to mental health research and childcare provision, among many others.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, supportive and friendly team that is doing thoughtful, stimulating work that contributes to a healthier, safer, fairer society.

We are looking for people with a natural flair for building long-term client relationships and top-notch project management skills, who thrive on building comms strategies, messaging and content rooted in insight.

For one of the roles, we are looking for somebody with knowledge and experience of working on multi-channel campaigns and who is in their element applying behavioural science knowledge and experience to solve societal problems. This will be a permanent role.

Further details about this role and information about how to apply can be found here.

We’re also looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of crafting narratives and framing as part of communications approaches to help to solve societal problems. We would expect this person to be interested in the world of politics and understand the role that government policy and public affairs can play in the behaviour change mix, as well as having experience in working on multi-channel campaigns and with senior stakeholders. Since this is a growing area of Claremont’s work, this role would initially be a 12-month fixed term contract, with a view to being made permanent.

Further details about this role and information about how to apply can be found here.

Flexible working, generous benefits and a healthy work-life balance come as part of the package…and we have fun too.

We also celebrate difference. Applications from people from diverse social and ethnic backgrounds are particularly welcomed.

The deadline for applications is 9am on Monday 10 February. Interviews will take place on 24 February and 3 March.
