Jenny Prout

Jenny is Marketing Manager at Claremont, responsible for building and delivering our marketing programme.

Prior to Claremont, Jenny worked for a number of PR, Advertising and digital marketing agencies, both small and large, networked and independent, leading their marketing and communications efforts across EMEA.

Jenny studied Social Psychology at Sussex Uni in Brighton. After which, she did a stint at the famous QVH Burns unit in East Grinstead and later at the McIndoe Surgical Centre (the private hospital on the same site). However, deciding the medical environment was too harrowing and gory, she moved to London in 2008 and started her career in Marketing.

Her 15 years of experience spans all elements of the Marcomms mix. She has helped businesses navigate cultural challenges like re-brands, mergers and office relocations and been involved with everything from PR and Internal Comms, to Awards, Events, Research and Website development.

After a brief foray in Operations (prompted by the pandemic), she took the decision to move house and job at the beginning of the year, joining Claremont in January 2023.

Outside of work Jenny likes to explore the Kent coast with a nice long walk or a not-so-nice long run. She lives in Margate with her husband and two cats, and can often be found in the sea, all year round.
