2023 was a breakthrough year of growth at Claremont and 2024 has continued where we left off.

Last year we established a new leadership team and made several important hires at all levels of the business.

It was commercially a very successful year – leading to Claremont being selected as one of the Agency Hackers Great Agencies Growth Index Top 50 – but more importantly we helped more clients than ever achieve positive impact on people’s lives across a wide range of major societal issues.

We’re currently running projects on cancer diagnosis and treatment, child sexual abuse, brain health, motorcycle safety, mental health research and childcare provision, among many others. We’re passionate about mastering our craft and growing our impact.

To ensure we continue building our reputation for excellent and innovative behaviour change work, we have created a brand new role in our leadership team for a Business Director. This person will play a vital role in shaping our business strategy and plans and ensuring our operations, marketing and business development are well-oiled machines.
